All coaching is delivered through Everfit, an easy-to-use app that keeps everything in one place. You’ll use it to access your workouts, track progress, check off tasks, view resources, and communicate with me. It’s designed to make your fitness journey organized, flexible, and totally personalized.


2. What’s included in your online coaching packages?

Each tier includes a mix of personalized training plans, bi-weekly Zoom check-ins, habit coaching, and ongoing support. You'll also get access to resources like form feedback, messaging support, and wellness tools depending on the package you choose.


3. Do I need a gym membership or equipment?

Not at all! Your program will be tailored to your lifestyle — whether that’s at home, in the gym, or a mix of both. If you have specific equipment, I’ll work that into your plan. If not, we’ll get creative with bodyweight and minimal-equipment workouts.


4. What happens after I sign up?

Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive two welcome emails with everything you need to get started: onboarding forms, how to schedule your first check-in, and a link to download and create your account on the Everfit App. We’ll kick things off from there!


5. How does communication work between check-ins?

You’ll have access to in-app messaging or email support for quick questions and accountability between check-ins.


6. Do you offer meal plans or nutrition coaching?

Yes! Depending on your coaching package, you may receive either basic or personalized meal planning to support your goals.

  • Basic Meal Planning: You'll get two simple, easy-to-prep meal plans per month focused on either breakfast, lunch, or dinner — your choice. Each includes 2–3 meals to prep for the week and a matching grocery list to make shopping stress-free and help you stay consistent.

  • Personalized Meal Planning: For a more tailored approach, I create three custom meal plans per month based on your dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle. You’ll get plans for two meals (your choice), creative snack ideas, and a detailed grocery list — all designed to support your energy, nutrition, and results.

Both options focus on helping you build sustainable habits around food — no restrictive dieting, just thoughtful support that fits your real life.


7. What if I need to pause or cancel my coaching?

Life happens! If you need to pause or cancel your coaching package, just give me a heads-up. We’ll discuss your options and find a solution that works best for you.


8. Can I upgrade or change my package later on?

Yes! If you’re ready for more support (or need to adjust based on your schedule), we can easily upgrade or shift your package.


9. Can I get help with exercise form?

Absolutely. Form coaching is available in two ways:

  • Live Zoom sessions (30 min) for real-time coaching during your workouts

  • Video analysis where you record movements and receive detailed feedback

This service is included in select tiers or can be added for $50/month.


10. Do you offer habit coaching?

Yes — habit coaching is a key part of building long-term success. We’ll work on sustainable routines and mindset shifts that go beyond fitness, with regular accountability. This is included in higher tiers or can be added for $75/month.


11. What’s the exclusive online community?

All clients have the option to join our private Discord forum for just $15/month. Inside, you’ll find a supportive space to share wins, get advice, trade recipes, and connect with others on a similar journey.


12. How does your referral program work?

Refer a friend or family member who signs up, and you’ll receive 15% off your next month’s coaching. There’s no limit — keep referring and keep saving!


13. Can I customize my package or add extra services later?

Yes! You can add on services like meal planning, form feedback, habit coaching, weekly accountability check-ins, or community access at any time. Just reach out and I’ll help you adjust your plan.


14. How do I get started?

Head over to the PACKAGES page to choose your tier, or reach out if you want help picking the right one. Once you sign up, you will receive your two welcome emails that will guide you through the next steps.


15. Can I add extra workouts to my plan?

Yes! If you’re feeling motivated or want to train more frequently, you can purchase additional workouts at $25 per session. Each one is fully customized to your goals and current program, and delivered straight to the Everfit app just like your regular workouts.

If you’d like more than one additional session, each must be purchased separately per how my system works.

This is a great option if you’re traveling, want a bonus day, or just looking to level up your weekly routine!
